Blox Construction, Inc. formed in 2003 by owners, Steve Layman and Melanie Ross. A close working relationship with the homeowner, the architect, and the subcontractors is essential to a successful project, and the foundation of the Blox philosophy. Blox strives to maintain a solid reputation in the construction industry, and obtain new jobs from the referrals of satisfied customers.

Featured Project…

The featured project is the Brewe Residence in Woodway, Washington. The project involved the demolition of an existing three-story home, construction of a custom 5,300 square foot residence and a full remodel of the three-car garage with guest cottage above. During the construction process, the Blox team met weekly on site with the homeowner, architect, subcontractors and designers to ensure a well run, efficient site that resulted in an excellent product in a timely manner.
